I have encountered a few issues with the bow. The drain spell appears at normal height while sneaking, which is a bit off. Another problem I have encountered is that it seems to be draining when I tried to shoot, not bash. It could be conflicting mods though.

Edit: Upon further investigation, it seems that the nature spell is bound to the right mouse button, and not specifically to the bash functionality.

Yes, it is directly bounded to the right mouse button. Thanks for reporting the sneaking issue, I'll see what I can do. I think it would be better to bind it to two keys to allow people to zoom (for those that use that perk).

The bow is a good idea, but it is currently unusable while sneaking or while zooming, as both will just end up draining all your magicka and giving away your position immediately. If there is some way to rebind the nature spell to a different key, it would be a lot more user friendly.

What key would be best suited, in your opinion?

I would honestly prefer having some sort of interface that would allow for a rebind of the player's choice. Having a single key for everyone just isn't going to work. What might work for me wouldn't work for someone else.

Nice mod, but there are few things that bother me. First, Hirchine is the Daedric Lord of hunting, not nature itself. Atleast to me, it does not make much sense for the spriggans to spawn. It would make more sense if the procs would spawn wolves, or even werewolves, should the player be one. And for how to obtain the bow itself, it would make much more sense if it would be obtained during the hirchine quest line, perhaps help by a custom boss NPC in Bloated Mans Grotto, which is only spawned when the Wild hunt is activated during Hirchines questline there

? It is not a daedric artifact, it is just an enchanted bow owned by a Forsworn who named the bow in honor of Hircine.

It wouldn't be a good idea to make the bow unobtainable for those who've already completed hircine's quest, in any case.

Maybe overpovered if you are below level 15 (immagine wearing deadric gear at this level can be understood)
But as a result leveling all effects with your skills I see no problem with carriing it with level 20 (I'm heaving my game on Appentive and there's still hard to kill the enemys)

Version 1.2 is a new update in which the following changes were made:

1.) The bow spell can now be aimed vertically!
2.) The bow spell now increases in power with your destruction skill
3.) The bow spell now costs mana (to compensate for 2)
4.) The bow spell now slows your enemies
    5.) Slight texture change

Version 1.1 had these changes also, but under playtesting I found a bug that would sometimes cause magicka to stop regenerating. Version 1.2 fixes this.

    Enjoy

Very nice mod! The bow isn't "overpowered" And fits into the scheme of the game well. The Spriggins are an ingenious touch! They really add that "magic" that makes the game more interesting. I have the ElderBow mod and that IS a very powerful bow, I also have Eryniel, who summons Spriggins in a fight when needed. Its nice to have your own special helpers! I'll keep this bow for "special occasions" when I know I'll be in a fight with a LOT of enemy's! Keep up the good work!

My question, and you may want to put the answer in the description, is how well does this behave when in the hands of a follower?

Great mod btw. You've got talent.

Thanks for this good question and suggestion. I have not done any testing, but based on how I scripted everything, I believe that none of the special powers of the weapon will activate in the hands of anyone but the player. However, I also don't expect that there will be any problems; it will just behave like a normal daedric bow.

    Thanks for the comments.

I decided that I was not satisfied with how the bash spell did not change direction vertically (as an archer I often find myself aiming up or down at enemies), so I added that feature and will update the package shortly. Be aware that any mod that changes the 1st person height (I know these mods are popular) will result in an offset, as this is designed to work with the vanilla first person camera.

Definitely going to give this a download.

I just looked at this and your other greatsword mod. I like your ideas - adding unique enchantment behavior to weapons. Keep this up - definitely adds more flavor

    Thank you for the weapon!

The fact that this weapon (and others you've made I now see) has effects that are not only unique, but encourage altered behavior while using the weapon, is quite fun. Downloaded and testing, expecting I'll be back to endorse soon. Hope to see more fun mods from you.
