Heya, guys! Things happened and I decided to embark on a big trip around the world in November 2013. Now, after four months of traveling I have reached Nepal, the real-life version of Skyrim, and I am enjoying things immensely. My next stop is Australia in maybe a couple of months, where I plan to work and program a little. But still I haven't forgotten this mod and my plans for it. Perhaps a time shall come when I shall realize it the way I meant to. In the mean time, hang on and have fun!
Running any SkyProc patcher without BOSS: Right click the .jar file. Choose Create shortcut. Right click the shortcut. Choose Properties. In the Target field, add -NOBOSS after the quotes, so it'll look something like this: "C:\Games\Skyrim\Data\SkyProc Patchers\DEOS-Patcher\DEOS Patcher.jar" -NOBOSS Now run the patcher from the shortcut.
THX! Didn't work on my OLD OLD computer. I just cant run the Java thru the shortcut ( Open with Java RT ) because it just gives me the " UNKNOWN... search the web for applicable program..." Heh. Looks like I'm the only ole grampa with this problem tho. First note here. You kids and your new technologies.
Is it possible for this mod to be ported to the Special Edition? After playing that thoroughly with some decent mods, I wanted to try my hand at being purely combat based without needing to rely on luck for gear I want.
Great idea for a mod. Requires BOSS tho which is no longer supported in lieu of LOOT. Hopefully this author will continue the work or give his programming ideas and notes on this project to someone else in the community. Since most "modders" already know about sorting mods and the reasons for it, perhaps someone could rewrite the PATCHER for this to IGNORE BOSS and LOOT and just have the patcher tell the user that installed mods SHOULD be sorted before attempting a use of the patcher.
I don't know if anyone is still reading these comments but I could use some help. I installed the mod with NMM and Ra'thurr is there (all well and good) where he is supposed to be. The problem is that whenever I try to talk to him he just asks if I need something and we don't actually start a conversation. I tried two different characters but neither of them could start talking to Ra'thurr. Basically what this mod did is place a khajiit in dragon's reach who doesn't do anything at all, just sits there. Am I missing something or is this a bug?
The title is misleading. " Dynamic Economy of Skyrim" sounds like Trade Routes, or a vendor item overhaul, not NPC crafting. Though it's giving users a good example of why it's important to read the description.
Hail! Reviving an old post so.. Well, i've tryed to install, it allways says that the unofficial skyrim patch isn't installed (witch it is). After, uninstallling all the Unofficials patchs, i've finally made your patcher work, and then reinstalled all the Unofficials. Well, the npc is there, and he's working the crafting part, but the enchanting section isn't working for some reason =\ I've tryed uninstalling, and trying other ways but.. Allways, the enchanting isn't working ;///
Enchanting services don't work for me... When he asks about the desired quality he either doesn't give me options, I can only answer with "Never mind" or he gives me Grand/Strong but they are actually not strong enchantments at all... Smith services works perfectly tho.

Guaranteed BOSS free patching.
Plus, I think it'd add a great deal to immersion.
Thanks.
