From the description, I thought the home would be on the hill near Rorikstead or somewhere close by, however I found the home actually closer to Fort Greymoor (off to the west a little ways) and a few hours from Rorikstead (have to go west down the main road, then north a long way), which I found inconvenient (unless one goes by horseback, which really doesn't make much sense, seeing as Whiterun is closer), so while the interior is quite simple and beautiful (although a bit too generous regarding bowled ingredients, weaker soulgems, gold, and such), the distance is the real issue. If I may make a suggestion, maybe placing it closer to Rorikstead, and perhaps placing the Rorikstead part in the title, would be prudent.

Although it's not for me due to that tidbit (the rest is fine, really, unless you made the items static or containers), but you've my endorsement still.

    Warm sands.

Irrelevant question, but what ENB are you using for these screenshots?

I tend to prefer a cottage/cabin feel to a fortress or mansion, so this looks really nice. I'll give it a look tonight!

EDIT: Why is the download ~100MB?

I noticed that the file TNP_Update.esm is included along with 4 TundraCottage files. That TNP_Update.esm is 105MB. FYI, I removed it from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data and the cottage still seemed to work ok, but I didn't try everything.Maybe that file isn't really needed and just got grabbed when you made your *.rar file???

Anyhow, thanks for the house! It's really cute!!!:^)

Does your mod require any DLC like Hearthfire, Dragonborn, etc.? Or could your mod be incompatible with SKSE?

I am playing Skyrim 1.9.32.0.8 -- updated but no official DLC -- using SKSE 1_06_16. This mod crashes Skyrim just as the initial menu starts to appear (where you select continue, new or load game). Any ideas? I'd like to try this, so I'll keep it on my track list.

Try disabling and enabling it, if that's doesn't work try downloading it on steam http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=179965653

It does need any DLC or SKSE, but i'm not too sure

So you basically put Breezehome somewhere else? From what I can tell from the pics?

It's more similar to Drelas cottage.
