I found out that they are lots of alchemy and enchanting tables also dinning tables as well and it's hard to pick one as your main one, all you need is one of each, like, alchemy table and two chests for ingredients and potions, enchanting tables and two chests for soul gems and enchanted items plus one forge area with chests for hides, ore/ingots, bone/tusk, the shops are super but I had to drop your mod for Functional Homes mod, small but handy there is one of each, check out the mod yourself, I have endorsed your mod cos it looked super, I might use it in my 2nd playthrough.
for what I saw of the place, it look super, its like a ratway under whiterun with different type of shops, the only problem is there is a hole inside breezehome because I had a few breezehome mods before this one and my save file is lv 45 that was my fault which means I have to load an later save file at lv 5 so I can buy the breezhome without the hole, the other horse mods that I tried was a nightmare including other breezhomes and Elysium Estate, Rangers Valley Lodge.
It's spouse friendly with the help of the "Spouses Can Live Everywhere" mod (link on description page). The beds? Well...I chose the ones I liked the most (from the "prefabricated" beds in Creation Kit)
Great mod, you should make a thief version for this mod examples of additions: - fences who buy stolen goods - npcs perusing the shops (rich patrons and commoners) - thief guild members - mercenary guards (Backstory) Now that the thieves guild have returned, they have another place to conduct their business. The new guild master has a new place to settle when making a visit to the city of Whiterun, especially when keeping on the down-low with a hefty bounty. I hope you come back to update; perhaps I could try learning how to mod it myself.

A video review would be great.

I might expand this mod, it's definitely expandable (on purpose). Thanks for the praise and ideas.
