i need help. whenever i try to add the demon hunter chilled armor v2, the top is white but the pants are still brown. i installed everything exactly as you said, although you werent really clear on the instructions. when you mean install the original author's mods, do you mean install the meshes and textures, or only the textures? cause i notice the mod here has meshes and textures folders in it as well.

Would you make this into a unp unpb later? This is the best looking retexture in my opinion and I'd really like to have it!

Hey, I'm using it with a different body type (UNP, I think.) and it works flawlessly. Just replace the textures. It worked out for me, at least.

    Hello Shayaryn,

I'm building up DreamGirl body version of my mod - Companion Selene Kate -
And I've found your DreamGirl conversion of Demon Hunter Armor V2 CBBE - here.

I want to use your DreamGirl conversion of your Demon Hunter V2 armor as a default one of Selene DreamGirl version.
I'm acquiring permission of the original author, jmenaru too to use it in my mod.

Can you give me your permission to use your mod in my follower mod?
Of course, 100% credit and link will go to you and describe on my mod page.

Thanks to you for nice work
    Regards,
    Kasprutz

*PS: here are pictures with your armor.

Hi I just added the Demon hunter armor as per your installation instructions and let me tell you, the armor looks spectacular on the Dreamgirl Body. Period! The WOW factor is off the charts. But sadly there's a little problem, you see I cannot seem to create scarves of any other color but Red. That's it! Only Red scarves can be created. What am I doing wrong? Please enlighten!

Oh and thanks for the magnificent armor port...

    Endorsed wholeheartedly!!!

Could you make a version that has blue pants and white torso? Thanks.

    HI Shayaryn

I tried sending you a pm, but I think your box is full. Thank you so much for converting the demon hunter armor to fit the dream girl body, I am working on a follower and was wanting to know if I would be able to use demon hunter version 1 as her default armor when I release her? I would make sure to credit you and link to your mod page in my permission/credits section of the mod page. I also sent jmenaru a pm. I am working on Danariel's, Danariel Stormbow character.

Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

It's decent and maybe convenient to others, but the original Demon Hunter works fine with DreamGirl. Just saying.

The purpose of the conversion was mostly to copy the weights from the DG body to the outfit, because it deforms better. The body currently uses the UNP UV, but when the final version is released, it will no longer be compatible, and updating the conversion will take seconds in Nifskope.

How I wish this were available for UNPB.... (the colored variations that is).

Wanna know a neat trick? I used texture sets to add the new colors, so all the other colors use the same meshes. Install mine, and then install a version for the body of your choice over it. You get my colors and the body you want. I don't know if there's a UNPB version of the outfit, but the current version of the Dream Girl body uses UNP textures, so it'll work with any UNP variant.

Awsome! Thank you for the tip. I love that light blue set!
Having had time to try this, I can't get it to work. I end up with hand and foot seems with v2 body armor, and always get brown armor with first set, unless full DG version is installed. So, it seems with out dg body installed I'm not going to make this work. I use the unp bbp body.(not unpb bbp)

Did you install the original armors first? That should solve the texture issue. I'm not sure having the DG body installed or not would make a difference, but try swapping out the meshes for the UNP version to take care of the seams. DG's and feet are very different from UNP's, which will cause them to not match up properly. Try wearing gloves and boots, and you should be fine.

Yes, I installed the original first. , then yours, then the unp version. With out your .esp you don't get the second set, I think it was. The first set seems like it has a set path thing or something. I hand copied the files, and that did not work. All the color variation files are in the folder. And the icons for each of the colors were there, but once crafted, the body armor is always the brown one. The boots and gloves worked fine, I got blue boots for blue boot crafting etc, same with gloves.
The second set works fine as long as I use the boots and gloves of the set. I had hoped to use some high heels in place of the boots. I also have some nice craftable fingernails that I had hoped to use in place of the gloves. Oh well, You can't always get what you want, but I tried and I tried.

Well, I just tested it myself, and I had the same issue with the UNP meshes. I took a look at the .nifs, and I have no idea why it won't work. I'll see if I can ask someone more familiar with this sort of thing. As a temporary fix, do you know how to swap out textures in Nifskope? You could manually assign one of the recolors to the armor mesh, but only one a time. That should work, but you shouldn't have to do that. With the second outfit, the original was CBBE only, at least on Nexus, so mine is the only compatible with UNP textures. Did you install that one? That would be why it wouldn't line up. Neither will line up with UNP hands and feet, but mine uses the right textures, at least.

Thank you for the answer. I'm not a modder, though, slowly trying to learn how to. I decided to change the Succubus race to DG and thus swapped the armor back to DG body, and it works fine, thank you for your time and patience. Now, it demon hunter armor were bouncy, it would be a perfect world. :Q
