BTW, check the changelog, there's some tweaks I did over Black Saturday, which should make everyone happy, plus a little detail explaining the nonpresence of the guy who left the door unlocked.
Attention: if you're using the bookshelves and there's the one shelf that's close to the desk suddenly has the books flying out (I experienced this while trying to store some of the rare books I picked up), and you notice that shelf tells you can either store 13 or 15 books instead of the standard 11, report to me about this bug ASAP; I will correct this anomaly once other users confirm that this bug is also causing problems.
Thank you and good afternoon.
UPDATE: The only way to eliminate this bug is to empty all containers and bookshelves, pack up and go outside, and then save the game at the nearest interior cell; exit Skyrim and then disable this mod; run Skyrim again, load the savegame without this mod, wait for about 10 seconds and then save again, exit, enable Riften Garret, run Skyrim this time and return everything into the home. The bug should be gone by then.
------------------ NOTE: some revamp mods (i.e. Dawn of Riften/Skyrim, JK, etc.) may also alter the navmesh, and this causes followers not to climb up the stairs. However they still manage to come inside without a hitch.
This has always been one of my favorite little house mods. I prefer smaller apartments in the cities compared to big, sprawling estates. -And this one looks so cool when you use the Another Riften Mod city overhaul with it. The only thing I dislike about it is the bathroom, but that’s ok. I just recently learned how to edit cells in CK (finally) and I’ve been using the Riften Garret for learning. I can’t wait to show off my changes.
Found my new house Question: Could/Would you make the yard usable as a garden? Please. It would be nice to see some green in Riften. Or if you can't, can you recommend a mod that can? Thanks
I love this home! It's perfect for any thief playthrough. Lofty, functional, cozy, not overly extravagant but not "Ratway-ghetto." Works great with MHIYM! I like to park Brynolf there and have to giggle on how perfect it is!
I run this with JK Skyrim (Major Cities version) with absolutely no problems!
Even the "lite" version is super cozy and has tons of storage.
Compatible with JKs Riften (which makes some lore-friendly and performance-friendly changes to the flesh out the city, including rooftop access all over town and backdoor access to the city). JKs is compatible with the Riften Fishery and the Deck and Pier at Honeyside. The outside exits for Hidden Hideouts of Skyrim-City Edition and for Riften Hideout are both right next to the deck/pier. Add The Riften Garrett, and it's the perfect setup for thieving...

Be sure to run LOOT.
Translations with only the plugin, yes, just message me.
But the whole mod... Nope.
