yesssss!!...I sooo wholeheartedly agree...will SOMEBODY pleeease do this?...for the good and sanity of us all...can it be so hard to fix it so we only have to hear this ONCE per play through?...not every time we pass a guard anywhere...shudder...eughhh...puke wrech...good god..just shoot me for gods sake an get it over with!!
If you want don't want the All-in-One mod, but you do want multiple files, I can confirm that using Merge Plugins to merge them works with absolutely no problems.
Huh, for some reason I was expecting the Nexus distribution of these to have all of the individual .esp files in one 7-zip archive, so the user could just enable/disable them to taste in the load order, perhaps ultimately bashing their chosen plugins together with Wrye Bash. Any particular reason you didn't take that approach?

It would be nice if there were a way to stop some of the more suicidal comments made by NPC's after you finish certain quests e.g. Wet Dog to a Companion or Know who you are to Dark Brotherhood - either of those would probably lead to on the spot execution. Certain annoying comments more specific to Vamprisim are a bit confusing as to their conditionals, viz. I don't know if it's a racial alignment that causes them (much like my altmer male at 100 weight being called "little elf" by a spindly nord) or quest completion dependency (general hate gotten from the locals regardless of which side you picked in the civil war), world interaction etc.
I still can't find a mod that gets rid of the general "you just used a shout" dialogue! I'm tired of using Whirlwind Sprint in Whiterun and having it be commented on. Any chance you could do another update for this that gets rid of that, or tell me where to find it in the CK so I can kill it?
