   heres a thought that may, or may not have been voiced before. if possible why not combine the eye with a custom race skill that lets you use the uchiha blood? your race skill becomes slow time for example. or maybe you attack faster? you get the idea... lol

   if you rename the file to 'eyeblind.whatever', you can replace the blind eye with a single sharingan for the kakashi effect.

   I didn't search it, it's in "latest files".
   Also, Naruto is actually one of the worst manga when it comes to story, because the author just Deus Ex Machinas all over the place.
