Doesn't work...

Ok, if it doesn't work for you it is probably something wrong with your load order or if you looked at the other comments you could see sometimes you need to tell your follower to go away then activate Walrus then talk to your follower again

  I uninstalled and reinstalled Skyrim, made a brand new save and it still didn't work. You simply can't talk to him

  it works for me and for everybody else, theres nothing else can do in the CK cause ive given him the right relationships
