I made a recolor of the Queen of the Damned Dress by Newermind43
I placed it near the forge in Riverwood (see screenshot)

No certain body type is required, Newermind43 made weight slider support.

It's clothing, Light Armor (glass stats) and Heavy Armor (ebony stats).
It's craftable under the Glass and Ebony armortree, it's also upgradable as you would a glass or ebony cuirass.
