Sorry for being absent on you guys! due to being banned for a ridiculous reason. (Makes it very hard to get on!)
I've been wanting a house in Winterhold all along, and this looks like a really good start. I agree with flyingtacoman about making the stables cosier - and some images of the inside of the house would be much appreciated too.
I'll be tracking this, looking forward to seeing it "livable" soon!
It looks like a promising mod. Maybe you could make the stables have some wooden walls and a few more animals inside so they are sheltered from the cold.
