   I love this piece of armor! It fits so well with my ebony boots and gauntlets, adding the ebony pauldrons from the mod it looks so cool! Is it possible to make a ccraftable unenchanted version of it?

   I got the lord's mail while going thru Shattered Legacy in Legacy of the DragonBorn,
   Now I am unable to get rid of this quest in my quest list.
   Can I get the ending setstage to end this quest?

   I got this working in Skyrim Special Edition, ran the nifs through nif optimizer, and then saved the esp in the new CK.

      I did a quick check of what GaiusMartius said above. Download and use NifOptimizer: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4089 Unpack the .bsa somewhere and run it on the meshes. Repack bsa. Load the esp in to CK, save. I got some .nif errors saving, but did the quest and got the mail.
      
      EDIT: Redid it, and it works perfectly now. I guess something went wrong the first time. Follow the procedure above and it works.

    Has anyone used it with requiem? Wonder if reqtification morfs this armor right and the quest isn't too easy for such a powerful item.

       Well, it's behind some mid-level animals, so the quest isn't too hard. (Granted, I grabbed this after wiping every last stinking Forsworn out of the Reach in my MA-BtC setup)
       
       As for effects, the Reqtifier works. It's not that unfair, although it may help when I go into Blackreach.
