Hey, I understand this works with SSE, but would you mind uploading it to there? I ported the mod in entirety to SE (repacked, resaved, cleaned, etc) and can send it to you if you want, just so people can find the file on SE Nexus (for increased visibility). A lot of people are most likely confused or frustrated by the fact that despite the mod working without alteration, Nexus will flag it as improper and could lead to further incompatibilities.
Hi, this is a GREAT mod, it really enhances the game for me, so thank you so very much! The one thing I wonder about, the invisibility/visibility change is so very abrupt, it can be a bit disconcerting. Is there a way for you (or me) to modify the code to make the change slightly more gradual, so it takes a second to fade in our out? I'm probably a bit of an odd duck, but I was just wondering. Thanks!
i can confirm this, if you just sneak stand sneak stand the mod works..
however, IF you break the invisibility while sneaking through any means other than "standing" (like casting/attacking/interacting) then the effect wont trigger EVER again. At that point you have to re-add the spell to yourself via console or change your Agent of Nocturnal power to something else then activate the Agent of Stealth again.
its not polished, id rather opt to turn it to a lesser power. than this
Could you add a setting to disable the shadow rule or make it so that when it's night time it doesn't uncloak me out in the open?
Some kind of sec timer would also be a neat tweak as often whilst in the dungeon you cloak and de-cloak repeatedly which kills the immersion with it's effect and sound.
Another thing, while sneaking unaware opponents tend to comment your cloaking as they think it's a magic spell.
oy m8 Loved the mod, already endorsed it and NOW I can see how the nightingales were able to walk into the shadows... and also the light. I believe I have an issue with some other mod that changes light, but it doesnt matter for me right now(I just dont sneak when theres light. Best fix). Although, can you make a version of this mod that the player can change the light value threshold? That would be awesome(or you could add a guide for dummies of how to edit it in the description) cheers PS: a port to skyrim se would be awesome too. just saying
Could you port this to special edition? I really enjoyed this mod on regular skyrim and I hate how vanilla Shadowcloak. Im dying to have this mod ported
appears to me, that i had to "re-add" the spell via console, because it stopped working after a while, after "re-adding" it, it started working again...any fix?
Well, this definitely has potential. Checking it out now, thanks a bunch! For being a Nightingale i've always thought that the power of Shadowcloak was a bit overated, but now I can finally say that im a true thief! Good job buddy!
