It works. I've spent the last six or seven years searching for a mod that was compatible with the Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch that would finally remove the starting spells so I could properly roleplay my non-magical archer, or berserker, or soldier, etc. This is the one. This is the only one that has ever worked with USLEEP.
These two are the only ones you can't remove with the in-game console, the other ones are dependent on starting race and are fairly easy to remove with console commands
Thanks! It's a bit late on my current character to implement this, but now I have it for next time! It's especially weird since you can find the healing and flames spell books later in the game, but they aren't worth taking because by default the player knows these spells.
Does this play nice with Disparity? I'm going to test it right now, but I would like to ask for the opinion of people in the know; there may be issues I am unaware of, under the surface, that I need to factor in - as I don't know much about how this game's coding works.
The mod works perfectly. As a RP player I really enjoy to start each new characters WITHOUT any spells. Seems more logical to me and a lot a other players.
Nevertheless the mod doesn't everything for every race because some of them, e.g. Breton, starts with a simple Conjuration spell (Summoning a pet or something like this).
My question is : Is it possible to update or find a mod which can remove every spells ?
I'll do a list of the non-removed spells very soon.
For some reason another thing in the player was changed - I fixed that with TES5Edit (this mod was made using the Creation Kit originally), and should not ever have to update this mod again, unless USKP does something.

Anyone else, you can remove all spells with console commands, except these annoying and weak ones (flames, healing). Now! My turn! Tell me, why does it not work in the middle of the game? I'm trying to make a player, that has all the strongest spells, but ho ho, unlucky me, these two stubborn bitches wont budge! Ha! I thought "Aight, imma download this mod and goodbye sons-of-bitches!". I planned it, i did it, and i did not get results. Well, kinda, when starting a new game (all the annoying Helgen and so long and boring speeches) the mod worked like a charm. No starting spells! Hahaa! But when i wanted to do this on my current player, then it did not work. So tell me. In order to this mod to work, i need to load my game from Helgen (Prisoner, level 1, before character creation) or start a new game. Is there a way to do this when i'm already in the middle of all the quests and i don't want to start over (it'll be so annoying).
Well, yeah. That was the first thing i did after i entered the game on my current save-game (lvl 200 badass all quest completed hero). I Loaded the save game that i had in Helgen, when i was named Prisoner and lvl 1 and then loaded when i was in Helgen dungeons (lvl 2 and allready with a proper name). The first one worked (when i was prisoner, named character and checked the spells in dungeons) but the second load, when i was already level 2 with proper name, the spells were still there. But when starting completely a new game, with all the speeches and driving, all worked. I think this mods removes the spells on the point where it should put the spells in. Like the character aint got nothing first but when you set the race and name it, then some script like usually tells "player.addspell ..." and "..."PLUS "make spells necessary". And then the mods jumps in and disable's the script. Or what do you think? I got the idea because all the save-games that were made BEFORE (including new games) the character creation and naming it, giving it a race etc, worked with this mod. Save-games which were made AFTER the character creation and all this, the mod did not do anything (?because the scrips that put all the starting spells on the character were already done, maybe?) Well, i hope i made myself clear, this thing is pretty complicated. But may i just ask one thing? Imma ask anyway so hide yo kids, hide yo wife... How did you made this mod? Did you open the creation kit, in the actor columns chose the player and removed the spells from the character spell list? Or there was some more complicated stuff there? I first thought of this version as well, but i realized, it'll only change the player character only when it is on the start (The thing i tried to explain a few columns upwards this) not the character you're playing with currently (the one with a proper name, some levels and loot and all that). Its like the player in the object window you see is ONLY the presets and customisable presets you'll get to choose in Helgen character creation, after that the player IS YOU, not a presets anymore. Something like that. So if i want to edit my player (the level 200 hero) i need to export it somehow from the game to the pc as an npc... I know only one command for this, but that just copy's characters face. Any ideas?
I only removed the Flames and Healing spells from the character in the Creation Kit, yes. As far as I know, it should stay that way and does for me. Extra racial spells, as said, can be removed via the console.
I am, at heart, a basic modder, and my only two mods are made by just editing one or two things' properties and nothing else, even though I use over a hundred mods. I don't have any ideas, unfortunately. I'm happy I could try to help though.

I am, at heart, a basic modder, and my only two mods are made by just editing one or two things' properties and nothing else, even though I use over a hundred mods. I don't have any ideas, unfortunately. I'm happy I could try to help though.
