Hey folks, I am deeply sorry for the long lack of updates, apart from anything in work/life going on my laptop also decided to go kaput, so unfortunately I had to choose to either a) Try and make the mod with an inferior computer that was prone to crashing consistently. Or b) wait until I could afford another computer...so yay! My wallet is incredibly lighter and I am back on the Steam Workshop. Cheshire and I will get started immediately on making another update for the mod, and for all current subscribers and past ones, I am incredibly sorry for the inconvienience *bows deeply*
So my "mysterious letter" is blank, But I would love to follow the directions if they could be had. I wonder if its a skyre related issue, with it being a new item maybe. Could we maybe get a SS of the letter or something maybe?
With a stroke of brilliance I decided to enable map marker. Problem solved. But the note is still blank, so i'm assuming that part has just not been finished yet. Im going the the location to pick him up now.
Thought I'd give this one a try yesterday. And yes my mysterious letter was blank also. But with map marker u can find him. I found some of the dialogue had a lot of lag b4 a response came. Some were spot on though. When it got to the Glenda's farm part...there was no way to know where that farm was. Nothing as to directions or map marker this time. Hope u can work these things out cuz Boromir was a good character in LOTR. I almost went insane trying to do alil modding in Oblivion. Best of luck to ya.
Odd that the Mysterious Letter is blank, the Steam version has had no issues but I will look into it. If you haven't checked out what's to come, Glenda's Farm is in the next update so I figured I'd leave the quest open until then, sorry if there was any confusion.
Lol too true with so many of his movies. At any rate my hope for this mod is to create a "what could have been" for Gondor's finest soldier. Boromir really struck me as a character with so much potential and I really hope to have him grow with the Dovahkiin into greatness. But we'll see >>
Nice likeness!I am just starting a game. I am planning to download this when I get further along.
I would have liked to have had Boromir survive but I think he did achieve greatness in the end.I remember when I read the books for the first time I didn't like him because he tried to take the ring.. but now, years later I regard him more as a woman of Gondor might. He was trying to protect ME and all our people. He also comes off both in the books and in the movies as one of the more compassionate characters.
Sean Bean does this sort of thing so well.. it isn't hard to see why he keeps doing it.You can't help but like him even if you are trying not to because you know he is going to die and break your heart.

If anyone can make a patch or can post instruction on how to fix this it would be great.

Sorry. Been seeing his face on too many internet memes lately. :-)Boromir's a natural addition if you're making LotR companions. Looks good!
