   I have a (mod) player home by dawnstar, but this seems neat an I could use it is as a vigilant outpost (as my character is a stendarr paladin, and a born resident of dawnstar (lived there all her life) and just looking nice mods to add to dawnstar. that dont conflict with each other, as with this mod- I dont have anything in that area the house is.

      I believe he uses Project ENB w/ Climates of Tamriel.
      
      BTW: I am said guy who requested it. Haven't talked to the creator yet, but, this is awesome.
      
      Just so you guys know, I asked him about this on the 6th of August. To my amazement he had made and uploaded this by the next day.

      Uploader chiming in here to confirm, I do use Project ENB w/ Climates of Tamriel.
