   The Tel mithryn Levitation is done in first person view. If you try to Levitate in third person view it will stop a little ways off of the ground.
   
   So next time, go inside, go into first person view and then activate.

   My game bugged on that part and your mod saved my game.
   I don't use TCL command , because this breaks the immersion.

   ...the onyl thing that would make everyone in the universe download this mod is if you could get someone arguing with that dunmer bastard about having a proper set of stairs.
