Is this related to the rugs flickers around certain places like inns? Seems to be from what I've found if you're using Rugnarok mod, you should not use other rug mods like detailed rugs and such mods. Just in-case you have such an issue.
I know that I can merge it, what I'm wondering is if it can be incorporated into the USKP. I am uncertain of whether or not it falls within the boundaries of what the USKP patches. Although, if it is not accepted by the USKP, I suspect that it will be by the USKP Add-On.
This is a new fix as of a couple hours ago that, as far as I know, has never before been addressed. It has no relation to other patches and is completely independent of them.
