Thanks for your work! May I ask, how did you do it? And would a no-clothes version be possible maybe? (I'd like to permanently equip some different boots and another clothing maybe, but I have problems there... I think it's because they are not "better" than tavern? ... so maybe no clothes might save me there, then my clothes would be better than "nothingness".)

@SkyrimSennin If your still having problems, open the console after giving them the item you want equipped by hitting ~ key, then select the carl while the console is open and type "inv" without the " ". look for the item you gave them in the list, then type "equipitem 000xxxxx 1" replace the 000xxxxx with the item number for your item as listed (without the " " ).
I am having problem equipping light armor and stuff on house carls. Other than that the feminine stance works. Is there some special command to equip armors and clothes on them?
Well I am very happy to hear that the modification permissions were a-okay, because quote "I will leave this up until Sugaki updates the original mod or ask me to remove it." unqoute, did not read well in the mod description; please update the info.
I will be happy to endorse your work as soon as I am able to. Thank you for what you've done, because I too have wanted to have what this mod provides for the housecarls. Having to find better armor than their default before being able to change their appearance was quiet annoying at times, so thank you once again for providing this in a plug-in form.
