is this op all around? like what lvls does this scale best with? the weapons you get op from loot? Im an emersive player and im not a fan of god like items. If they are semi balanced will grab this in a second looks good
Most custom items such as armor and weapons scale rather well with some level 30-40 counterparts, usually being only slightly lighter or stronger at the cost of another stat being slightly lower than usual.
Out the top of my head, I'd say the strongest pieces are a necklace that fortifies regen at around 150% instead of the usual crappy 40%, a sword that deals slightly heavier damage than Daedric but is much, much slower to swing and some items that do less damage than their standard counterparts but contain stronger enchantments.
I did my best to balance it around a late, high-level player who wants nothing but to collect some unique loot that he/she has reason to wear/equip/use other than just being plain stronger than the rest. Trust me, I didn't add any gigantic clubs that deal 20k damage in 1 hit.
