   If you suddenly experience huge FPS drops while using this mod, and IF you also use ELFX, then the cause is the ELFX meshes inside Skyrim/Data/meshes/architecture/whiterun/wrinteriors, delete/rename "wrinteriors" and it should fix it.

   well i installed it and went to go inside and the doors locked !

      From original mod description, "Key to the house can be found on the ground outside the house, just next to the door, and below the torch."

      Yes you only need the provided .esp, no .esm involved.

   I like your changes. I have the original and never had preformance problem with it , even with 10 followers inside.
   I have long wanted to drag all mannequins out in the street and burn them. I am going to try this on the strength of the no mannequins alone.

   Tried it - I really like it - I really hated the mannequins but
   could you please add back the scipts in the cellar for the dragon masks wall plaques and the claw shelves.
   I found this to be unique and I wanted an easy way to find them should they be needed.

    the original looks like the npcs had that grey face glitch from the video I just watched does this one???

       Never occured to me yet, double-checked, nope no NPC face bug.
       
       Gotta make sure all files "meshes" FaceTint are present otherwise that kind of bug can happen.

       There was a Grey face fix for the original that worked fine for me.
