it seems this mod already included in Frozen Electrocuted Combustion which a awesome mod from author of this mod link: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78709 but i think it's not lore friendly that dragonborn soul can be absorbed by any dragon like alduin which dragonborn can't absorb his soul, dragonborn is unique and his/her soul cannot be absorbed by any dragon dragonborns can absorb each other but i don't think dragons can absorb them
Asking because I'm curious, would it be possible to make a master level destruction spell that basically just burns humanoid enemies alive like this, so only their skeleton remains?

Does it support beast-race skeletons? I believe there are open modder's resource versions around.
As for Miraak absorbing your soul when a dragon kills you, it's doable, I guess.
