Just wanted to ask a question, ive installed this mod was using the original as the textures are great on those horses, however i have installed this and started a new game but the horse's in/around helgan don't have armors? now i was wondering does it just add armors to the horses you purchase or to all horses? thanks.

  It is a cosmetic change to horses this will not be compatible with horse armors. It will be on the horses of Skyrim!

Do you need the original mod for this to work? Or is it replacement esp or something? Servers keep crapping out on me so haven't been able to download and I'm curious.

  Yeah you will need the original mod but this version is a little more immersive the original is listed in the required section and a link is supplied in the description.
