you might want to check your other mods this will have no effect whatsoever on stalhrim, I don't even see how it would be possible unless the deposit is on Farengars desk, where i place the sword but even then its far fetched. also it is upgradable and disenchantable
There should be a comma between "deposits" and "this", as well as a period at the end. So it'd be: "Mined from the coldest of Stalhrim deposits, this blade can freeze enemies solid."
Sorry if this is nit-picking, I'm just really OCD about things like this, and it would really mess with me in-game. That said, I do intend to use this mod in my current playthrough.

and/or else make it disenchantable so the enchant can be put on weps that ARE upgradeable.

oh, also, for some reason this mod makes it so I can't mine stalhrim at all. uninstall the mod, mining works fine.
might want to check that.
