That's impossible. In the download section - newest file - , you can read this: "You can lit the fireplace (in the archive,you will find an apposite readme)"
I also downloaded the newest version archive and...yes...the fireplace-specific readme is included. I'm 100% sure about that.
I don't really know what might cause that glitch...but I suspect it might be caused by altered animations. That's why my other mods (the mods that came after this) keep an unaltered version of vanilla animations...

Version 1.3 has been uploaded! It includes some new really cool special features. For more informations, check out the latest images and the 7th chapter of the readme (version history). Since an extremely low number of italians are downloading the mod, this time I will not upload the italian translation. However, I will translate the final version. Soon I will upload the final version of this mod, wich will mainly fix two small glitches wich generated in v1.3
PS IMPORTANT: I see 4 persons downloaded the first archive. Well...I deleted that archive and I replaced it with a newer version. I apologise, but I forgot to include a readme about the fireplace. In the current archive of the v1.3, you will find this readme wich will talk about how the fireplace works. I apologise again with those 4 users, who will surely be unable to lit the fireplace. I hope they will read this message...

What happened some times when i was testing the mod is
And i think it would be better to find the keys inside the storage shack. Ppl could jump over the fence and check what kind of house is that because the door is locked. Maybe a little letter on the door or somewhere there could give a little hint or story and the key could be found in the shack. Its for immersion and i like such stuff much more that way instead of the way it is now.
Hi! Yes, that bug also happened to me once (after that time, it didn't ever verify again). They told me this bug might happen in vanilla game too, I don't know what causes this...If it should repeat again, you must launch Skyrim again.
I see you like immersion... I will not put the keys somewhere...my idea is that you are already the owner of the house... However, talking about immersion, I've got really good news for you: I'm working to the next version...you will be able to do this: -The fireplace will be off, and you will have to light it up with a torch and 6 pieces of firewood (after 3 hours, you will need to light it up again). Interior lighting depends on wich stage the fireplace is performing (there are 3 burning stages, the interior of the fireplace will be not always the same!!!). -The dining table will not be always the same: when you will sit down, over the table will appear the knife, the fork, the plate, the cup etc. etc. When you will stand up, the table will be completely clean -You will be able to interact with the patio's rail...like a woman in the intro scene in Helgen
EDIT: new feature: you will be also able to lay down on the bed (no sleeping menu during the animation, but the menu will be still selectable)
The new version will be uploaded in some days, it is almost finished
v1.2 has been uploaded!!! Now the house is fully navmeshed, keys will be added via automatical script, did some retextures and changed some models, the treasury chest is completely interactive, etc. etc. For more details, check the new images and, for full details, check the version history in the readme.

Sorry, maybe I am stupid or something but I cannot enter the property. It needs a key and I do not have the key. I could not find a reference anywhere for the key. Where is it?
Hi! No, you're not stupid...Since you didn't create this mod, I think for all of you it might be a little tricky to find the keys. You have to look near the fence gates and near the entrance door. Fence gates: there are two fence gates...look at the floor, at the center of them. Entrance door: look at the floor near the door, at the center. PS: 1) In order to find the keys fastly, I recommend to toogle the 1st person view. 2) If you can't find them, maybe you moved them with your feets. However, they must be near the door and the fence gates...just continue to search there.. 3) When you are looking for the keys, don't start explosions and don't shout: keys are movable items... 4) If you really can't find the keys, there's a backup chest inside the house, over the interior roof...just open the console and use tcl command. More informations about this chest could be found in the list I putted in the downloaded archive. Tell me if you found them! Bye!
IMPORTANT MESSAGE for Abrazor and for everyone else: Version 1.2 is almost finished. In that version, when you will start a new game/load a previous savegame the keys will be automatically added via-script. So, you won't have to search for the keys, they will be already in your inventory.
Hi guys!! V1.1 is available!!!! I removed the loading door, you can craft wooden arrows and some other things. for details, have a look to the 7th chapter of the online/downloaded readme!
