    3D-analyze could be an alternative to swiftshader depending on your system.

    i would assume we replace the skyrim and skyrimprefs and put the dill and swiftshader in the skyrim folder with the startup app. but i can't read spanish so i don't really know

      And you would need to change the rendering device and number of cpu threads in the Skyrimprefs.ini to match your PC.

    It seems to be a collection of .ini files and game saves, along with a d3d9.dll. The readme appears to be in Spanish, so I haven't had much luck with that.
