I changed my mind about what I posted earlier. I think I like this mod the way it is overall. If I think of anything else I'll add it. I think the shouts are a good addition as there weren't many useful perks in speech.
A good overhaul but for the Voice perk. Speech and Thu'um are two vastly different animals and IMO a Voice-enhancing perk doesn't belong in a tree that deals with bending other people's ears.
