I need to understand why you say that Real Storm requires Augmented Shock perk. I tested the spell and works beautifully without any Augmented Shock perk. I am doing this only because you said you don't know English very well, so I hope you don't mind. Required = Necessary. That means Real Storm spell wouldn't function(at least well) without Augmented Shock perk. But is not the case. Therefore, Augmented Shock perk is not a requirement for Real Storm spell but, at most, recommended(if) because increase the damage.
I said it in read me. " I don't know it is really necessary but you take steps. " I know it isn't neccessary I did put a required in creationkit but looks like it didn't work
