If you are having trouble seeing the book on the floor, check your load order.
If it still doesn't work try switching the positions of paradise_halls_farengars_study.esp and the fellglow .esp. (this shouldn't matter but it is worth a shot).
Just did a short test. Found the book without problems. Got no message when I read it, but I was able to use the shouts afterwards. Used the wait, follow and teleport shout and all worked fine. Didn't test the purge-shout yet. I'm using PAH 6.2 along with PAH Extender, Family Feud and Dres Trade. Doesn't seem to conflict so far.
The missing message is not an issue for me, just wanted to let you know.
The commands you provide with the shouts are just one of the things I've wanted for PAH. They do what the slaver-whistle did in FNNCQ for FO3. Now only thing I'm missing is a possibility to give new names to your slaves.
Just realised that you also made Dres Trade. Nice job on that one too!
As for PAH, I'm still running on 6.2 because 7.x still seems to be quiet buggy and I'm bit "afraid" of the update-process.
OK, did a bit more testing on this and found a new glitch.
When first using the "wait"-shout there's the sound of another shout, NPC standing in the direction of the shout kneel down. Slaves are still in the following-mode. After using the "follow"-shout for two or three times, "wait" just works fine.
I'm sorry for my (not too good) english and hope what I just wrote above makes any sense.
Sorry for the delay! Thanks for confirming that wait glitch. I believe that the game is interpreting that first use as an actual 'unrelenting force' shout, which is why they stagger/fall. I got it a couple of times while testing. I think this is caused by the way I inherited the shouts from unrelenting force. Something causes it to misfire every once in a while. I will definitely fix or re-create the shouts from scratch for next update. I hope it isn't happening too often.
I am also very close to a DT update for 0.6 and 0.7 (I need to talk to layam about documentation).

Please comment if you have any problems with install, bug issues, or slave functions you would like to see used in a shout or spell.
I am just doing one final test, to make sure it works. It will be up within the hour, plus more info on the mod.
