Anyone know of a mod that lets u increase leather twice as much like this one which isn't bugged/abandoned? If the author could fix this great but I'm guessing they are gone?
Interesting mod, thank you. However, when it is loaded, smithing skills increase abnormally. I crafted various armour pieces and weapons (e.g. iron dagger or leather helmet); whatever I did craft, smithing skill raised from 15 to 33 or 38... I use lots of mods, including weapon and armor sets, perktree altering mods, mods that alter levelling of combat related skills. None of them changed the smithing levelling, it only appears if Craft Fur Armors (Version 1.1 without that Temper Leather Perk) is loaded. Please fix that

I also recieved the Smithing bug, and I run few mods atm that could have caused it, notably Frostfall, Hunter and Ranger Crafting, and Hunting in Skyrim. However, simply uninstalling one at a time shows it is Craft Fur Armors, with the No Perk version. I have not tested the Perk Version. If you would please fix this, I would gladly, GLADLY use this again, but I feel that jumping from 15 to 30 for an Iron Dagger is a game breaking bug.

Edit: Realized this is a very old post. And a very old mod, probably unsupported nowadays. Will see if I can find another one.
