It wasn't hard, but the reason I'm uploading the port is that I also made making a small patch to make Moon Sugar with a Grain Mill so this integrates a bit better with Become a Skooma Dealer in SE (Edited the recipe for Moon Sugar in the Grain Mill).
Neat idea. Like the extra bit with the dwemer gears behind the wall. The only problem that I see, is way too many lights. 10 lights for this little shack. Causes the walls to flicker from lit to dark. Nice job!
You don't need to make sugar cane grow wild in Skyrim, but could you make it so it is plantable? I have that Herjalchen (don't know how to write that) farm mod, I would love to make a sugar cane plantation there, but your sugar cane cannot be planted '-'
Initially, I had this feature planned for the mod, but the way the growing plants are handled is completely unknown to me. I might give it another try, but it probably will not be successfull. Feel free to implement it by yourself if you can. I will try and if I succeed, I will update the mod accordingly.
Edit. okay, the update isn't coming. I tried to find out how the growing system works, but it's completely different than just adding an ingredient to the game. I can't find the textures nor important keywords and I won't be able to create a new growing plant into the game.
This looks like a great mod, and the brewing process is pretty neat. It would be nice to have some mechanism - a modified alchemy table perhaps - to cook actual skooma from the moon sugar and other ingredients - there's a few other mods out there that do that but don't have such a neat system for the moon sugar, so you could team up maybe.
It would also be nice to be able to sell the stuff to beggars and so on. And quests would be great! I might be asking for a bit much, but if you teamed up with some other modders you might be able to make a pretty tidy integrated skooma/moon sugar mod. Best of luck!

in that other mod, you can cook skooma on fireplaces, in the misc section, and you can sell skooma to anyone (xept guards, that'll make you go to jail)
Great mod! It would also be cool if you created a growing plant for the sugar cane (recolored/resized wheat?} and allowed planting of the cane in a hearthfire greenhouse.
I'm currently trying to make retextured and remodeled wheat. If I will be successfull, I will add it to new update, along with navmeshed shack and few little fixes.
Very cool idea. Should you develop this further, here are some thoughts that may be helpful, or just overwhelming: Moon sugar is derived from the juice of one or more type of grasses that grow in Elsweyr. Similar to the sorghum grass we use in our own world. I don't know how easy it would be to implement, but a simple solution might be to buy bundles of these 'sweet grasses' from the caravaneers. Though I'm not a modder myself, it occurs to me that one could maybe use a chopped-off & recolored broom texture to represent one of these bundles.
Yesss, you are correct. It could be a bit complicated, but it's worth a try. I will try to implement as many of these ideas as possible in the future. Thanks for tips :-)
Edit. Success! I managed to make new version, which is pretty close to these thoughts. And yes, the mod is now more enjoyable and closer to realism.
