When I finally found one, imagine my surprise when you have to steal from it. Granted it only happens to chests in interior cells that belongs to a faction or something.
Hello everyone. I am currently attempting to port this over to SSE. I am just waiting on permission from Ironman5000. Once I get the ok, I will come back here and update this post accordingly.

I downloaded this mod and randomly found my first chest that very same day. I've had this mod for more than two weeks and to this day that's still the only one I found. Needless to say, endorsed
i came here seeking this very thing, but then with a little googling looked up how to port Oldrim mods myself and got it working in SSE.You can try it too. i just used this:
Did some of the chest locations change between versions? I've seen mention of 3 chests in these posts that I can't find. One of them is in a very small area to search but there's nothing there.
