Not recommended, unfortunately. Besides, you may experience greater performance issues with both mods activated than either one of them alone (as if Tropical Skyrim isn't taxing enough for most PCs).
WOW!! The mod is incredible nice and works absolute perfect... - no CTD no problems! Now, Whiterun is a place where I like to spend much more time: - )) It would be nice to have an optional file with some special NPC, fitting to the new climate, maybe who are using the several benches in the town and in the waterpools. What do you think about this? In every way, thank you for your great work.

Or you may use the Vanilla Skyrim version of this mod, which is more performance-friendly.
1.) I had to "markfordelete" in console quite a few trees because of glaring clipping issues
2.) You can't see the trees from outside the city.
Other than that I like it. Despite #2 I continue to use it. Would be awesome if you made trees visible from outside though!
