1:I intended this add-on be more about the search for a mythical weapon, than the mythical weapon itself.
2: I don't see no one else uploading images, which they can do. However when I bought Skyrim and read about the Legend of Red Eagle, I never complained that "The book on Red Eagle doesn't show what it looks like!"
3: I described the weapon as a curved sword from Hammerfell. The only weapon in Skyrim like that is a scimitar. That's exactly what it looks like as it uses the same model.
4: This is the 2nd add-on I made for Skyrim. My work is simple as I'm just beginning and I know nothing about scripting Skyrim or creating 3d models, yet what I make I thought it was interesting enough to upload to websites for people to enjoy. Obviously I was wrong with how much people dictate "You need to do this", "I don't like what you named your add-on", "You just renamed an item in the game". I'm sick of it.
Well... I never downloaded such mods so I really wouldn't have known. But for those who have downloaded add-ons that modify Helgen, the screenshot should clue them in "It may not be compatible with what they downloaded."
While the weapon itself is indeed a vanilla scimitar with fire enchantment, the point of this mod is the (unmarked) quest to find it - at least that's how I see it.
Though I have to ask you about the quest: I have searched every 'location' mentioned in the third hint, but couldn't find the sword or a new clue either. Does it require certain other quests to have progressed?
(Tried not to be too cryptic without major spoilers)
since the download is only an esp ,looks like it's a vanilla alikr scimitar with a fire enchantment, might wanna just update the description saying it's a vanilla one
