To make sure I understand: You're nerfing the longer versions of the shout? The more work I do to learn/use the rest of the full shout, the less it does? I do hope Im misunderstanding, otherwise, there's really no point in trying to learn/use any shout fully.
I do find the idea of each segment of a shout having a different effect to be intriguing, though.
Any way to add a new shout with just that yell that he does at 21:25 of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSL-r9AIEEUbeen trying to find a spell or shout somewhere to get that yell in my game
