Right now I'm getting re acquainted with CK working on Solitude Docks Overhaul.
Because I lost access to this account Conan will always be here but when I fix him he will be at the Solitude docks.
A word of advice. Never trust a sketchy Bf.. Or maybe GF have access to your email. Especially if they are the jealous type.
Anyways I have not forgotten about Conan. I am learning AI and Dialog for NPCs right now. I forgot so much over the past 3-4 years. When I feel I am ready to fix Conan I will and he will be better than ever..
Idk if I need a guy to make the lip files or not but I have a mic now and I will give it a shot.
When the docks get to about v3.0.0 I should know enough to have him working properly.
Ofc im going to have to make a forum post letting people know Conan is making a comeback back at the docks.
Anyways I'm just not quite back to where I was when I made him. When I am it's going to happen babes. Conan is worth it.
it does and i really need to get it fixed. i have a mic and can do lip files now. my solitude docks overhaul mod takes up all my time sadly.. i just came back to modding about a week ago, once i get the docks to a point where i can reupload i PROMISE you i WILL get this done. It has bothered me for a long time knowing i left it unfinished. I want to make a Valaria to go with him. so it is on my to do list.

Miss Ashley was my Screen name but I lost access to that account but I'm here YAY! sadly I don't have the PC I made this with but as soon as I can get skyrim and the creation kit again it will get its long over due update. Sorry for my absence I just got back into modding and all I have right now is oblivion so I decided to chip off my rust and made a Super Saiyan mod to get back into the swing of things. So I LOVE this mod, but sadly it does not work with Arnie voice! Once you know you implemented Arnie voice you can't stand the vanilla voice! However it will not follow ANY command. He will give response to anything you ask him, but will go on like nothing. I first tried the mod with voice ADDED, and got the same as the last three threads. Of course and then nothing. So I got the bright idea to install the previous .esp, and it works just fine! However his voice is the shitty vanilla guard voice (that you might expect, since it is the closest). So from there I reinstalled the voiced .esp, and even though he was following me, he would not respond to any dialogue options. I would try to change equipment, he'd confirm, and nothing. I told him to part ways, he'd confirm, and nothing. So I'm thinking when you added the Arnie voice files, it must have reset the programming. So he will say things when asked, but nothing will happen. I have made two followers for Fallout: NV, and I remember there's a special box you have to write code in to make their AI switch flags on and off. So perhaps when you added the voice files, those code parameters were deleted...? That way you could access conversation, but since the code is missing he will respond whatever you have typed, but end conversation with him doing nothing. In summary I would say this is the BEST Conan follower-- If it would work with the voice! Otherwise you're better off playing as Conan and grabbing the Conan followers pack! If you're into that sort of thing It would be a shame to see such a great mod go to waste for such a simple (yet TIME CONSUMING! I know...) fix that it is! Keep up the good work!
This mod had such potential.. Arnie's lips dont move at all and i cant get him to follow me-- all he says is "ofcourse" and he just chills around the inn naked cmon man GET THIS FIXED DAMMIT
So you have a detailed .txt file "making npc follwer txt" but I'm unclear on where I'm supposed to go to implement the modifications. ie #2 "Navigate to the Actors list in the Object Window" Is there some non-basic Skyrim interface I should have?

To fix the grey face bug, in folder "\Textures\actors\character\facegendata\" rename folder "facegeom" by "FaceTint".
