Amazing design, if i had to give critic it would be the shoulder pad, it should be different and fit the them. I know it's Ebony and all. The left hand should also have like a leather glove or something, but that's just a personal preferance

Good move on placing the trap door outside too. I use the breezhome fully upgrade mod. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/11158/? so when I loged back in down in the basement I found the stairway blocked by the ground flour back left side room from the normal breezhome. Moving the breezhome mod below yours in the load order took care of that. But I wounder, does your mod have a piece of the normal breezhome stuck in it?
