Would you believe that I resorted to chopping wood in Riverwood and selling it to Hod as my main source of income? That's how pitiful the gold drops were. For a long time I just right up stopped clearing out dungeons just because of the fact that I was wasting too many healing items and arrows for too little gold. It seemed like I was just barely able to ever restock on supplies for the next dungeon. Plus I went and got a mod so that when you use a sawmill, you get 20 firewood, and then I was just spending all day sawing wood and selling it just to save up money for supplies for the next dungeon. This is a totally reasonable mod. There is no reason that gold drops should be so low. Thank you, very, very much.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahaahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah go do some quest where you become a courier or ask for work on tavern which points to a bandit camp loot everything of value not just gold, play a stealthy character and not go up to bandit say hi and shoot arrows at melee range you use a bow stay away as far as you can I barely use health pots on a single dungeon and no I don't believe so but just in case.
Very late comment, but thanks much for the mod. It's hard to feel enthused to go bust through a dungeon when the enemies drop something between 5 and 20 gold per kill.
Good mod, tbh it makes skyrim more realistic to me. i mean you go through the trouble of for example stealing a coin purse behind someone's back just for a measly 5 gold? i really don't think the economy in skyrim is THAT bad, and when your doing dungeons and burial graves where they suppository keep their valuables when they die its even more pitiful that you can barley get out with 500-1k gold IF you're lucky, and stuff aren't cheap either.
