Works fine! no game breaking bugs so far! The words are in French so, You have to at least know 'qui' or guess by thinking the other word probably means no.
You can do this with Deadly Dragons as well, but I prefer the Dragon Soul Relinquishment by Alek mod the best as besides changing dragon souls to perk points, you can also decrease your shout cool down timer, and also increase the damage of your fire and frost breath shouts.
