Wow, all these blasted comments asking for things are are most likely being implemented, just not ready...Essentially this might be a Skyrim version of TARDIS by Eolhin, which was a revamp of TARDIS by Drekmoor, A question for the mod author, are you working with anyone from fallout Who?
you should make it so we can summon the tardis and make it so we can fly by useing....left=a right=d forward=w backwards=s then to go up and own up=spacebar down=ctrl

It looks like this mod has been abandoned. Too bad; next time I start a new game, I guess I'll have to replace it with Shattered Steel's version - or learn how to redo it on my own.

There is so a way to call the Tardis to you - there are books when you first enter the control room which will give you the spells Mark Location and Summon Tardis. Mark Location lets you designate where the thing homes into when you pull the Custom location lever.
The only useful room I found in the living area is the infirmary - but it has a crapton of potions in the medicine storage room. Everything else is bricked off.
