This is my first mod made in Creation Kit
!!!IMPORTANT!!!
If you have 'Hearthfire' installed, make sure, to buy children bedroom instead of alchemy lab! There is a box, that blocks the tanning rack added by the DLC and is removed, when you get the children room
If you are that kind of person, who wants to have everything in one place and/or need a room for children in your Breezehome, this little file can help you a bit. It simply adds anvil, workbench and grindstone in main hall and alchemist table/arcane enchanter on night tables in main bedroom. Nothing special, but I always found lack of these items and (in Hearthfire) the need to choose between alchemy lab and children room annoying.
I've also made an optional file, that adds dagger display case on a cupboard under weapon plaque just outside the bedroom.
