This mod is sadly out of date it seems, it did work for me at one time, but that time has long since past. UFO should work generically with any follower, so I'm not sure what the author did that would break compatibility because of meshes and textures, as UFO doesn't touch those to my knowledge. Also Character Editor allows near absolute control over hair color, so Tethalion's red shouldn't be needed at all.
I wish I had the patience and focus to build such perfect faces myself, I might give a shot at making a mod like this.

i am a little bit confused ... what esp file i have to edit with what data ? in the most mod descriptions i found enough informations to get it to run ^^ but here im not sure what to do.
maybe someone has the time for a short instruction ?
This looks very interesting and well done. But would you concider doing a NoN-replacer (standalone) version? I like my custom Lydia and your version might be better suited as a younger sister of Lydia trying to follow in her older sisters footsteps. I also use AFT so I assume she may be compatible with that since you don't state otherwise. So i'll keep track of your mod in hopes of you updating it in the future if you choose. but again well done!
your inspiration sure look hot, but your reproduction is hmmm 40% inferior, but non-the less good job, with an inspiration like that 40% is an ok score
When I try activating this mod from manually installing it, I run skyrim but it closes when the logo shows up and then i deactivate the mod and Skyrim works again any idea why this mod stops my skyrim from running?
