Would someone please help me by telling me how to fix the recipe for the Amethyst Shield? It's saying it needs Ruby and Flawless Ruby to craft when it's an Amethyst gear. What program would let me change it to the right material?
Open the .esp file in a program like TES5Edit (you can download it off of the Nexus). Go to the Constructible Object section, scroll down until you find the Recipe for the Amethyst shield, then you can change the materials needed.
The weapons and armour look amazing, but I wish they didn't add so much freaking crap. Just having strictly diamond or ruby weapons would be preferable than having to siphon through all the stuff you're not interested in. Any chance you could make separate mods for each different gem?

But important question: does this work along with Ordinator Perk Overhaul? It vastly improves Smithing, but also makes it a bit hard to interact with new recipes if they don't fit Ordinator's scheme.
[E] And robes! A true Master of Alteration demands Diamond Robes! <3 Btw, did you get any award yet for this work? If you manage to make a full kit (all armor parts, all weapons, all whatever), it'll be possible, at the very least, for this to appear in a "Weekly Mods" video =P
This was designed to work with the vanilla perk tree so by default I would say no it is not compatible. Changes to the perk tree can cause many problems, from not getting set bonuses to not unlocking the recipe at all.

I wouldn't call them "awards" but yes all of my mods have been featured in numerous modding spotlights. Its awesome when happens I and very grateful of the kind people that take the time to review and showcase my work.
Still seriously think this is one of the better mods out there, and so severely underrated. I'm using this for my Orc playthrough as a follower of Trinimac so this just goes so well with it. Elegant yet though.
AT LAST. I have searched for quite a long time a light armor that fit my tast (full body, look like an armor and not a sexy damaged swimsuit, open helmet that shows the face, not overpowered but high enough to reach the armor cap, avalaible for male & female), and the diamond light armor seems to fit each of that almost perfectly. And it also had smaller & heavy variant if I ever made another dragonborn.
Almost, because I think that without those gem sticking here and there that would be nice, but that kind the point of the original armor, soooooo (with dark silver instead of gold that would be nice too). Any chance to have one somewhere ? x) (Yeah, I read the FAQ, 'just telling you, in the case of 100 of us telling you the same thing....) Don't worry over that small critic : You're like 97% of what I dreamed of.

You should have made a shield too. There are players who use shield combat style too and you didn't make it really??? If you had done it, I would have surely endorsed you for this one.
