To anyone who suffers from that annoying no-name no-talk bug, you can fix it by using TES5Edit.
Load "fixsmith.esp" with TES5Edit, expand it by clicking on the "+", find the "Non-Player Character (Actor)" entry, and expand and delete all the entries there.
Be aware that I haven't extensively playtested this... but I had the same problem with Commander Maro (no name, no dialog) and I couldn't continue the Destroy the Brotherhood quest, but after doing the above it it fixed him. He had a name and I could continue the quest.

this mod has no update since 2012, so I think I can give you an information, I found an updated verion on Internet and this one works without that bug.
The bad news is that I only found it in french, but I hope an US version exist too.
It add "wild shadow" set to Thieves Guild Stuff (and I personally LIKE the hood of this set!)
I know I'm coming after the war, but if you are like me and still play Skyrim, I hope that this will help you to enjoy again the Dark Brotherhood Quest Line.
Moreover, some places have no more names (I use the french version, so I don't know if it is related to this) Examples: the Bards academy, the Nightingale Hall, etc...
I've got the same problem as Ripclawxx, some of the quest target NPC's can not be interacted with, no options come up to talk, pickpocket or loot. Could it have something to do with the new Skyrim updates and/or the DLC's?
this mod would not allow me to interact with some of the npc's i have to take this mod off to complete the darkbrotherhood quests where you had to plant evidence on a dead body
Great mod! Love the different variations on faction armors. I updated from 1.9 and lost all my items and books (not a big deal) but now I cant find some of the books in the dungeons. Any help would be appreciated
