Ok.. as far as housing.. A++ Its perfect for my current run character type. I had to make a few changes * for me only * like.. add some warmth, since running Frostfall it gets cold in the cage bed at night.. hehe. This is one of the best ideas ever. Figured out a way to trick Frostfall a bit.. Put a fire in the cage bed area.. put tent over that section.. so far it 'sees' you as under cover still.. ( I also realize this is an older mod.. and old post section.. but to any that may be looking now.. )
this is wonderfull..i am not one of them players that craft 100000000000000 dagers...i like to hunt all around whiterun to rorik..2leather 2 leather straps is faster..buy the time i swing back around to the tower where you first kill a dragon i am overloaded..this is a perfect spot=)Plus no loading doors..yet there is always that but..mine is no smelter=D..useing a smelt gear mod..there are 3 spots for bandits right near what i like to do is hit the 2 big ones the run over to the little cubby hole by whiterun very nice 5 bandits in a no run around place(by that time overloaded) take the horse there..hit smelter in town..would be nice to not have to go in there..and the open air is nice not like you put it in a snowy place..once again thx much (hug)
This makes a interesting home for a good werewolf wanting to have a place where to unleash the beast safely... I'll say however that for anything else its kinda weird. I guess beyond a good werewolf it would make a good home for somebody which plays a character which is crazy.
@Lydia This is a nice little mod for any char really, just because its a cage does not mean you have to be a certain class, like the mod itself think out of the box that's what this mod is all about. And there is plenty to do in this od and use which I think is good also, thanks again.
@Tree it's all in the name caged but free hence the cages as a home, meaning in the name.Caged home is ok though but too obvious I like to be different.
Is this player home (cage) spouse friendly?.....................Ha joking!! I think that is the question that gets asked the most with player homes. Great concept for a hunter/beasty character. I am curious about what the non-stripped down version had in it.
@hammer it was alot more cluttered for higher end PC's because i had so many static items in it and some more cages but still this is a good version and i still use it now and i made it over 6 months ago.
One thing though, the location seems a bit too open for this kind of home. Maybe in the forests carefully hidden. But other than that, very good! Will certainly download when resuming to skyrim

However, "Caged But Free" seems like a silly house name.
EDIT: That is, the actual house name. It works for the mod, but even "Cage Home" would be a bit more immersive.

BTW you should turn on member tagging so we can help more people can find your home.
