Swift steeds is available on the workshop currently. I'm pretty sure there's a way to fix the textures so this mod still works, but I'm having issues with it- maybe any of you can figure it out.
The steps of what I've tried:
1. Extracting this mod's textures manually and putting them in Swift Steed's texture folder 2. Tracking down Snow's (free quest horse south of the rorikstead stables) NPC and Armor Addon 3. Changing one of SS's texture set's diffuse map to the fleabitten gray texture 4. Setting the Armor Addon's skin to that texture set 5. Making sure everything points together
I assume what went wrong is that I can't find the glow and normal/gloss textures that correspond with the fleabitten ones, but I could be wrong. My specialty is generally custom voiced followers, npc editing, and armor editing, first time I've tried to mess with horses. Hopefully what I've tried can help someone else fix this mod, I'd love to use it.
Please make sure the NMM replaced the textures with the new one. Have you got Fierymarigold's installed? It's strongly required. All White horses must have this texture, there are no non-replacers greetings, Valachhim
