I like the character of your Miraak and Cultist retextures. The Rustic Clothing versions are superior from a technical point of view (and have custom normals maps), but your diffuse textures have more personality. For me the ideal would be your changes superimposed upon the Gamwich Rustic textures. I played around with your textures yesterday, upsizing the robes to 4k in Topaz Gigapixel and then added the metal parts from Rustic to your diffuse (simple Photoshop layers and masking).
Your sets should probably be reuploaded to the Skyrim SE section simply so they are easier to find (probably 90% of people playing and modding Skyrim now are using the SE engine).
Your retexture is amazing! *-* But if there was a "neutral" option (Hermaeus, but without Hermaeus on the back) it would be even more awesome! *-* I roleplay trying to keep neutrality characters most of the time :D
