Does anyone have a working fix for this? I checked the ESP, and all the listed parts are for nords, not vampires (except for her NPC race--is that what we need to change?).
I have the same problem with it not working. According to TES5Edit, this mod does not overwrite Dawnguard.esm when it comes to FTST- Head Texture (set to SkinHeadFemaleOrcVampire) and NAMA - Face Parts (set to Nose: 18, Unknown: 0, Eyes: 0, Mouth: 0). In both Skyrim.esm and HertFixVampire.esp, there are no entries for these (and thus, HertFixVampire.esp does not overwrite these Dawnguard.esm entries, even when loaded later).
doesn't work. bottom of the load order, no conflicts. I load right in front of hert and her face is still the vampire face even after using the resurrect command.
For your information, only the "Hert Fix Dawnguard" version works in my game. The "Hert Fix Vanilla" version causes Hert to have the grey face bug and yellow eyes. I have CBBE and skin textures installed, I don't know if it's related. Your mod is the last in my load order.
I would have preferred to pick the Vanilla version instead of the Dawnguard one (I love the idea of a vampire who managed to hide her vampire features in order to snare the unsuspecting guests) but it's not a big deal.
So I'm guessing skyrim patch 1.9 broke this little mod? Darn it, and here I was hoping to get rid of her fugly face, I loved the way she looked before Dawnguard.
Try including the facegen exports with the other files. I'm pretty sure I can even show you how. I read some info and have tested a face change for another npc.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but the mod isn't working out for me. Her face seems to turn to a more advanced vampire stage thus making her look all the more fugly.
EDIT: Come to think of it she looks pretty orcish now.
Tried all the tricks in the CK and Tes5Edit and created my own ESP, which works fine in the CK. We will just have to live with this :-D
Only thing I didn't try yet is to move the facegen stuff into a "modname.esp"-folder instead of "skyrim.esm" Something that was suggested on the CK Wiki tutorial.
Man, I was trying to achieve this with an ESP since some time now ! I guess I should have made a BSA with the facegen data ( I suppose it is what you did).
Will investigate on how you solved it and add the my other alterations (some USKP changes, Greatsword, heights).
That Dawnguard face is so ugly ! Kudos and endorsing this if it really works :-)

Should respawn her and AI should follow normal routine.
Thank you for this mod, Hexaae ! Endorsed.

Not sure and didn't check that yet.
Merci beaucoup for that interesting link, m8 !

Even when I do it myself in the CK, preview it and save the facegen data.
But I added some warpaints to some NPCs and finally gave Lynly Star-Sung her blond hair back
with this method :-)
Endorsing anyway for reminding me about the long forgotten facegen export thing :-)
Late EDIT
I think I failed, because I didn't load DG into the CK back then in 2013.
