Can someone please confirm if the navmesh on the bridge was fixed? This is such a beautiful starter home but I don't want to have to deal with issues on the bridge.
Thanks for this! I've been looking for a house with a functional hatchery for river betty poisons, and while this is a pretty simple house it's very close to the rayek's end house mod (for when you're ready for an upgrade.
I really like these kind of playerhomes. Just simple, lore friendly and decent. There are sooo many exagerated playerhomes, but such a less amount of this kind.
Love it! It's just what I was looking for! I love having no loading screens.
The only problem I found was if I disenchanted the bow or dagger, I only got a fire enchantment rather than the fire enchantment + extra damage to animals (which would be a pretty nice enchantment for my hunter character! )
I don't know anything about creating new ingame enchantments, so I don't know if it's something I can do or if it has to be done in the creation kit.

This gives the animation when I go on the bridge . house whit folowers bad. THX for this good look home.

By the way, does anyone else have an issue when the game is crashing when going near it? Is it just me for installing Ebonvale and this mod?
