@sansha I need you point out that you have to delete the d3d9.dll from your enb folder. We have no rights to load them up here. Please link it just to the right side. thanks.
this is exactly what i was looking for since the day skyrim came out!!!, will endorse it as soon as i can, i prefer a immersive and challenging experience... i really wish there was a way to make NPCS react to darkness...it is annoying that bandits can see u in darkness while we cant QQ... however u made torches viable again ( i was currently using a Mastro enb) with dark dungeons and COT Hardcore dungeons..which is almost as dark as ur enb... but i wanted to try other options and this seems quite nice. thanks for the upload.
One of the images is very dark yes. Its the Embershard Mine. Usually, EnB makes dungeons so bright that having a torch or lantern is pointless. This is annoying since there are many good torch and lantern mods out there. With this, you still get all the nice graphics of EnB but with dark, moody dungeons where a torch or a lantern is required. Its all part of the immersion. Do you think that caves in RL have this nice lighting ambiance? No, well, this helps to correct that.
Basically, I wanted to show off just how dark I managed to get the dungeons. Hope that answers your question.
Thank you for clearing that up, i use a magic spell that lights the area im standing in up until i banish it (somestimes its hard to see its so bright) does this mod help with that like i dont need it anymore?
As for the real life caves they are dark as oblivion i have been in a few. lol
Not sure about the light spell, usually play a warrior so I still have some testing to do. This is why I am always open to constructive feed back on this. All I know is that, normal EnBs were always WAY too bright and I got annoyed with that, so, I fiddled.
EnB is basically a module that allows for the use of certain effects in DirectX9 games. Its a wrapped that run when the program does that allows for things such as specific shading techniques, Depth of Field...it allows for more graphical control over the program in essence.
Your spell will work with this. All this mod does is make the dungeons darker, so, your spell will be required to see in the one that dont have any light in them.
I think it looks good outside. It isnt too bright and isnt too dark. But, it might require some adjustment of the in game brightness to get it to your tastes. The interior and exterior settings are actually separate in the ini files, so I altered the interior point lighting and just dropped the ambient exterior lighting.

Im guessing its somewhere in my mage folder, so if i deactivate it & installed yours the effect would be better? like i could actually see or worse?

Will i need this or yours to see in the dark?
So you can use them both together.
